MOLDED BUMPERS
Molded bumpers on the struts take all the abuse in the key wear areas. The stitchless load area creates a buffer between the bumper and the canopy to absorb the forces to the canopy upon impact during a crash.
FLAT SEAMS ON LE AND CANOPY
Many brands use cheaper and less durable seam construction. Flat seams on the LE and canopy assure a lasting and dependable kite.

AFT distributes the load off all stitch lines on all main panels of the canopy area on impact during a crash, while the outer frame features gradient load wingtips.
ARAMID COMPOSITE SANDWICH CONSTRUCTION
Utilized in the wingtip area, it increases the stiffness to diameter ratio creating an LE structure that is 50% stiffer creating a more direct input to the kite.
TRI-RADIAL STRUT REINFORCEMENT AND UNITY STRUT
CONNECTION
Provides a solid point connection from the struts to the leading edge to facilitate relaunch when things go bad and helps to create a stable and ridged wing.
SIX PIECE STRUTS
6 vertical panels in the struts inhibit bending and allow a rigid frame to support the canopy.
V3 BRIDLE SYSTEM
Underlining the performance of the Varial are the performance safety features incorporated into the V3 bridle system. This feature allows 100% depower and enables the kite to be steered and controllable when the kite is completely depowered.
By utilizing a series of pulleys, the V3 bridle system allows complete 5-line depower on a 4-line bar. By permitting the front line tow points to rotate forward, the kite can pivot off the front lines into a flat, powerless position when the bar is released in an emergency situation. This is also extremely useful in self-landing situations and allows for the security of controlled self -landings, even in high wind conditions. Used in conjunction with the new SMART bar control system and BRAIN Quick release system, the Varial offers a performance ride with peace of mind.
