The Dialer is our quad fin light wind kite surf dominator. Made with WVS Bamboo construction the Dialer does not sacrifice weight for durability for a lively, fast acting feel. It has it all! The quad fin arrangement make the Dialer exceptionally smooth in turns and easy to negotiate in swell.
