At Surface 2 Air Sports we want you to enjoy your purchases as soon as possible, which means we strive to dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed (subject to payment authorization and stock availability). If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.

www.s2as.com stock levels are constantly updated to maintain live stock levels but demand can sometimes be high and we occasionally run out of popular items.
Due to the constant rotation of our stock, some items may currently be on backorder and as such delivery can be delayed by up to 7 days. If this is the case, please feel free to call us for further information.
Our standard couriers are ParcelForce and and CityLink.
All orders are shipped for within 3 to 4 days delivery Monday – Friday (depending on stock) and require a signature on receipt. If no-one is home a delivery card will be left with details of the next delivery attempt and contact number of the local depot. If you would like your order to be “left safe” on your property should no one be home, please specify details in the comments as you check out.
The delivery charge for orders outside of mainland UK under £100 is calculated on the weight of the items and the destination country.

Upon delivery please check all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as "Damaged" and you are with your rights to refuse and ask that they are returned to the sender. If you cannot thoroughly check the goods please sign for as ‘unchecked’.It is your duty to inspect and confirm that the goods are in good condition before signing. If the goods are damaged and not singed for as such, Surface 2 Air Sports cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition with the packaging and tags intact for a full refund (minus postage and packaging) within 14 days of the purchase date.
Please bear in mind items that are "not wanted" or ordered in customer error (ie wrong size/colour) will be charged postage.

Any item returned to us is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. Please send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging.
